Specifics: You can spend one of your daily stunning attempts to cast and deliver a touch spell as part of an unarmed full attack action. At the start of the attack round, you will cast and be charged with the spell. Any unarmed attacks can then be used to deliver the charge. Use the 'select spell' feat to select the spell to use this ability with.
